Our Journey and Vision
Before launching Hooch & Hound, I, James, had the privilege of running "The ALB" in Shrewsbury, where we created memorable moments for our guests with expertly crafted cocktails from 2012 onwards. Along the way, I also participated in several cocktail competitions, honing my skills and passion for mixology.
After transitioning to the food truck scene with "Senor Tigre," I discovered the joy of serving vibrant flavors on the go. Now, with Hooch & Hound, I’m excited to blend my bar experience with the dynamic world of mobile cocktails.
Looking to the future, I envision Hooch & Hound becoming a beloved fixture at events of all kinds—festivals, weddings, parties, and beyond. My goal is to create a unique cocktail experience that’s not only accessible and affordable but also steers clear of the long queues and high prices often found at traditional bars. Together with our dedicated team, I’m committed to providing unforgettable moments and delightful drinks, fostering a sense of community in every sip.
